Seals

The best sealed winch in history: that's a fact and a statement they don't make lightly.  You won't find a better sealed winch, period.  From end-to-end,they've sealed this winch from the elements and it meets the IP67 rating for watertightness.  Go ahead; mount it on your yellow submarine. 

Fast

The TALON is the cheetah of the winch world.  Rolling at a blazing 25 feet per minute (fast for a big winch), the TALON sets the mark to beat and does so at a low 75 amp draw (5.2 and 6.0 hp motors).  Did you just hear that?  That's the sound of the competition's jaws dropping.

Solenoid

What's the weakest part of the winch?  Solenoid, right?  Wrong, at least on the new TALON.  The Solenoid on the Superwinch TALON is the industry's most advanced kit, sealed, vented, stabilized and submersible, some say they've gone too far.  Anyone ever told you that?

Synthetics

Did you know that an average cast drum will crack and fail under the normal loads with a Synthetic Rope?  That's why you'll find only steel drums that have been specially engineered by Superwinch to handle the unique loads synthetic rope yield on every TALON SERIES winch built (even this one, so you can upgrade in the future). 

We at SuperwinchExperts love synthetic, but only good quality, certified rope.  The stuff others use is junk and we've seen the testing to prove it.  Believe the phrase, "you get what you pay for" when it comes to synthetic rope.  Why risk it?

Superwinch only uses Dyneema certified synthetic rope because testing shows it's the best.  Cutting a corner on a rope?  We believe you deserve better.

Details
